We currently ship to the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (please note: Alaska and Hawaii may have longer shipping times). For shipping outside of the US, please reach out to our Customer Service at service@butterfork.com

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process it for shipping.Please note, processing times are in addition to the transit time estimates.Standard shipping time is 1-5 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping time is 2 business days.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on any order above $50. For orders under $50, we offer Flat Rate Shipping.

Depending on your location, you may also be able to pay an upgrade fee for a faster shipping method during checkout.

Yes! We do accept returns that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased through butterfork.com
  • The item must be unused and in its original retail packaging
  • The return or exchange request is made within 45 days of the order being shipped

Please note: We only accept returns for orders purchased directly from butterfork.com. If you purchased a BUTTERFORK product from another retailer in-store or online (i.e. Amazon, Williams Sonoma, etc.), please reach out to the retailer directly to learn about your return options.

Yes, we offer free returns. We will generate a prepaid shipping label for you to print and use once you begin the return process.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Yes! Any item purchased from October 15, 2024 through December 17, 2024 can be returned through January 31, 2025.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

If it has been more than 3 business days since your order was marked as delivered by the carrier, please email our Customer Support team at info@butterfork.com before contacting the carrier.
